REVIEW- Lavender Cafe

Lavender Cafe
247 Beechurst Avenue
Morgantown, WV 26505

Lavender Cafe has an amazing variety of food to fill your stomach. From sushi to traditional Chinese food dishes, there is something for everyone. Without leaving the comfort of your own home, you can order from Lavender Cafe for delievery and it only takes about thirty minutes for delivery. Ordering from DubVMenus.com gave me the options of choosing exactly what I wanted to order and any sides I wanted to add. I ordered Chicken and Broccoli with a side of fried rice, which was $1.50 extra, and California Roll and the Shrimp Tempura Roll, both with extra spicy mayo, which was $1.00 extra. After a swift 30 minutes, the delivery man was at the door with my food. He was extra friendly and thanked me for my order and was on his way. The food was nice and hot and they put in extra soy sauce, chop sticks, fortune cookies, napkins, a menu, and a small dish to put soy sauce in to dip our sushi. The orders are pretty large so this is the perfect place to order from if you have quite the appetite. I personally couldn't eat my whole order and some for the next day. The food was absolutely delicious and I would definitely order from their again. The Lavender Cafe menu also includes an extensive list of the bubble tea, which is a Taiwanese treat in which small tapioca balls (think the texture of a soft licorice in gumball shape) are added to cold tea (with or without milk). The menu also goes on to list the different types of sushi, ranging from raw, cooked, vegetarian, and sushi a la carte. You also have the opportunity to order combinations if you want a little bit of everything. The restaurant also does offer a sit down service as well.
