REVIEW - Charlie's Grill

Finding a restaurant in Morgantown that serves fresh food from scratch, heck even just a decent hot meal can sometimes be quite the challenge.  However, Charlie’s Grille is capable of giving the customer just about anything a stomach desires.  Their menu varies from hardy hot sub sandwiches or monstrous cheeseburgers that would fulfill even the manliest man’s appetites to somewhat healthier options that are delivered in equally appetizing and fulfilling portions.  The grilled chicken teriyaki is honestly the best meal I’ve had in Morgantown in all three years of being here. REAL chicken and FRESH vegetables, my taste buds may be so used to being bored and depressed from dining hall food that I’m easy to please, but hey this meal was damn good!  The menu doesn't end there though! Charlie’s Grille has quite the impressive steak menu section with a Seafood section just as impressive.
Charlie’s Grill is located on Fairmont Rd. on the way to the Morgantown Mall.  Upon entering you can tell this is a place for the locals, which is always refreshing from the standard college crowd that swarms Olive Garden or Chili’s every night.  There was, not so shockingly, no wait and being one table of about eight in the whole restaurant, service was awesome.
I suggest this restaurant to boys looking to take a girl out for a nice dinner, or a couple for a date night.  Large rowdy groups looking for cheap fried appetizers should stick to Applebee’s.  The prices at Charlie’s Grille are great but not always in the college budget of…well the dollar menu at McDonald’s. You may want to bring your parent’s here next time they visit as the entree’s can run from around $8.00 to $40.00 dollars. Well worth it, however just not in the student price range.
